Where are your products made?

Our pieces are ethically made with high-quality materials sourced responsibly. Some are manufactured in the US, while others are imported. We always prioritize sustainability and fair labor practices in our production.

How do I find my size?

Each piece in our collection has a slightly different fit, so we provide a detailed size chart on every product page to ensure the best fit for you.

Look for Size Guide next to the size selection for accurate measurements. If you need additional help, our customer support team is happy to assist.

How should I care for my clothing?

Most of our garments are made from delicate fabrics and should be washed on a gentle cycle in cold water. However, material types can vary.

For detailed care recommendations, refer to the Details & Care collapsible row located underneath the Add to Cart button on each product page to ensure your piece lasts.

I haven't received my order or shipping confirmation email. What should I do?

Sometimes, these emails may end up in your spam or junk folder, so please check there first. If you still can't find them, it's possible that the wrong email address was entered at checkout. Please contact us, and we’ll be happy to resend your order confirmation and tracking details.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat rate of $5.99. However, we offer free shipping on orders over $50.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship from our US warehouse, so you can expect fast delivery within 2-5 business days. At the moment, we don't offer next-day delivery or more expedited shipping options.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship domestically within the US.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s website.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package has not arrived past the estimated delivery range, please check the tracking number. If it is stuck or not moving, please contact the carrier. Contact details will be available on their website.

If they are unhelpful, please contact us and we'll make it right!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Products must be in unworn condition, with tags and original packaging. Please visit our Returns and Exchanges Policy for more information.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Simply visit our Returns Portal and enter your order details to start the process. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Please do not ship any products back until our team has provided you with instructions as this could delay the return process.

Do you offer free returns?

We offer returns for a full refund back to your original payment method, however, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We will reimburse shipping fees for exchanges as store credit. For example, if the product being returned was $50 and you paid $10 to ship it back to us, we will provide $60 in store credit after your exchange is processed.

How do exchanges work?

We do not offer holds or "automatic" exchanges upon return so you will receive store credit when your return has been processed which you can use to re-order the correct size/color you needed or a different item from our catalog if you see something else you like.

The cost of shipping the product(s) back to us will be added on top of your store credit, essentially refunding you for the cost.

How long does it take to process a return or an exchange?

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund or exchange has been completed.

Payments & Discounts

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, as well as other secure payment methods such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and financing options through Shop Pay installments.

Can I pay for my order in installments?

Yes, you can! We offer financing through Shop Pay. You must be 18 or older and your order total (after all discounts) must be at least $35.

Simply select Shop Pay at checkout and then the Installments feature. You will select your payment plans before checkout, either bi-weekly or monthly payments.

Please note that financing is subject to credit approval.

Do you offer a discount for my first purchase?

Can I use more than one discount code?
